Founder and Director
Nichola is far from the traditional ‘safety bod’ and is committed to outcomes via alternative means of compliance. She formed the Company in September 2020 after 7 years working in a high risk industry and 7 years in health and safety consultancy. She has a hands on approach to safety, is commercially aware and committed to proportionate risk management with a can do EHSWQ attitude.

Michael has an experienced health and safety professional who has worked in the construction industry for over 35 years. He has a proven track record of supporting businesses in a consultancy role since 1999.
